Good hotel, great location. Very good variety for the breakfast, lots of different cakes, breads and pasties. Staff at the breakfast were super nice. Room is simple, but provides a good nights sleep. Conditioner would be nice to have. Towels smell a little weird.

離火車站站很近，走路的話也就5分鐘，酒店旁邊有一個超市可以買到新鮮的食物（penny）酒店里麪的設施雖然比較老，比較舊，但是乾凈整潔，很溫馨

整體印象很好！酒店裝潢典雅精致
前臺特別熱情友善，和我們聊天，給我們地圖，告訴我們怎么去大教堂等景點。這是我到意大利的第一站，就被工作人員的熱情感染！大堂還有免費的飲用水和下午茶點。入住時，前臺告訴我們給我們免費升房了，而且mini bar里的飲料都是免費的（一瓶可樂一瓶橘子汽水）非常好
升級房型后的房間：房間很大很寬敞，衞生間乾凈整潔，沒有刷牙等一次性用品，有洗手液沐浴乳。床鋪乾凈、枕頭舒服。空調很暖和，不過房間也比較乾燥。房間不是臨街，非常安靜。
注意：進大堂前有三階臺階，需要搬起行李抬進去；床正對面是一大面鏡子，如果避諱要注意（我不在意 我覺得顯得空間很大很舒服）

It’s great location. Just in front of Milano Central Station and there are lots of Italian restaurants and supermarkets. Concierge is great and I enjoyed breakfast as well.

The rooms are clean, spacious, and pleasantly quiet — ideal for a restful night after exploring Milan. Overall, Hotel Berna provides a comfortable and reliable stay, and its location remains one of its strongest advantages.

Near the train station. More or less about 7 minutes walking. Old school vibe hotel. I love the interior. And its 4 start hotel. Free luggage storage. Free mini bar at the reception. I love this place

酒店早餐還是不錯的，離火車站特別近去哪里也比較方便，歐洲的酒店房間普遍都比較小，也沒有什么特別要求了。

服務不錯、大廳免費面包和咖啡可以享用。離車站超近、附近是飯店區治安還行。但飯店前有小段三階樓梯挺煩的…
